These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the EA Engine Creator Affiliate Program. EA Engine is a product of Deploq Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17168322. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
The program is open to creators, publishers and community operators with audiences interested in trading, automation, MetaTrader, TradingView or related topics. This includes creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters, blogs and trading communities.
Every application is reviewed. We may approve or decline an application at our discretion based on audience relevance, content quality, brand safety and compliance history. Approval is personal to the applicant and may not be transferred or sold.
Approved creators receive a unique referral link through the EA Engine creator portal. You are responsible for keeping your portal access secure and for ensuring that your referral link is used only in compliant promotions. Links may not be altered in a way that interferes with attribution or disguises the destination.
The Founding 50 rate is limited to the first 50 approved creators who complete the qualification process. An approval initially creates a provisional reservation, not a secured Founding position.
If qualifying content is not published within 14 calendar days, the reservation expires and the position returns to the available pool. You may continue as a standard affiliate at the standard commission rate.
To secure a Founding position, the first promotion must:
A standalone Instagram Story or another disappearing post does not qualify unless it is saved in a publicly accessible Highlight or equivalent format for the required period. Private messages, undisclosed placements and copied content do not qualify.
A confirmed Founding Creator earns 50% of every successful monthly subscription payment made during each eligible referred customer's first six months. The six-month period begins on the date of that customer's first successful subscription payment. The rate applies to future eligible referrals while the creator account remains in good standing and the program continues to operate.
A standard creator earns 50% of an eligible referred customer's first successful monthly subscription payment, then 10% of later successful monthly subscription payments made during that customer's first six months.
A successful payment is one that EA Engine receives and that is not refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed or otherwise unpaid. Unless expressly stated in the creator portal, commissions apply to eligible subscription payments only and not to taxes, credits, refunds, one-time add-ons or fees.
Permanent means that a confirmed Founding Creator keeps the Founding commission schedule for future eligible referrals while the affiliate account remains in good standing and the EA Engine affiliate program operates. It does not mean unlimited commissions from one referred customer. Each referred customer has a six-month commission period beginning with their first successful payment. Paused, missed, failed or refunded payments do not extend that period.
EA Engine uses a 60-day last-click attribution window. When a customer clicks more than one valid EA Engine affiliate link, the last valid affiliate link clicked before the eligible conversion receives attribution. The customer must subscribe within 60 days of that click, subject to browser privacy settings, consent choices and normal tracking limitations.
Referral tracking is administered through Refgrow and Stripe. Affiliate dashboards may display clicks, signups, subscription conversions, cancellations, commissions and payout history. We may correct reporting errors or duplicate attribution when supported by the underlying payment and tracking records.
Commissions enter a 30-day hold after the underlying payment. The hold allows time for refunds, disputes, failed payments and fraud checks. Eligible balances are paid monthly once the payable balance reaches $50. Balances below $50 carry forward to a later payout cycle.
You must add and maintain a valid payout method in the creator portal and provide any information reasonably required for payment, identity verification or tax compliance. You are responsible for taxes arising from affiliate earnings.
A commission may be cancelled or reversed when the associated payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, found to be fraudulent or not successfully collected. Subscription cancellation stops future commissionable payments but does not invalidate an already approved commission unless the associated payment is also reversed.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote EA Engine. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand before or near the affiliate link. Examples include “Affiliate link” or “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” You are responsible for complying with the advertising, endorsement and consumer protection rules that apply to you and your audience.
You may not:
We may suspend, remove or downgrade an affiliate for fraud, self-referrals, misleading claims, missing disclosures, spam, trademark bidding, impersonation, chargeback abuse or another material breach. Inactivity alone is not grounds for revoking a confirmed Founding rate.
Where practical, we will explain the reason for an enforcement action. Commissions validly approved before removal will be honored unless they are connected to fraud, a prohibited transaction, a refund, a chargeback or another breach affecting eligibility.
EA Engine may provide complimentary or discounted product access to selected creators for content production. Any such access is separate from commission status, may have usage limits and may expire according to the offer communicated at approval. Ending complimentary product access does not by itself revoke a confirmed Founding commission rate.
You may use approved EA Engine names, screenshots and brand assets solely to promote EA Engine under these terms. You may not modify logos in a misleading way, suggest an employment relationship or present your channel as an official EA Engine property. All other rights remain with Deploq Ltd and its licensors.
You participate as an independent contractor. These terms do not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint venture. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of EA Engine or Deploq Ltd.
We may modify or discontinue the affiliate program where reasonably necessary for legal, commercial, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the creator portal, email or this page. We will not retroactively reduce an approved commission on a payment that already qualified before the effective date of a change.
EA Engine does not guarantee trading results, affiliate income, conversion rates or audience performance. You must not present generated Expert Advisors, backtests or examples as guaranteed to produce profits. Nothing supplied by EA Engine constitutes financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploq Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the affiliate program. Our total liability relating to your participation will not exceed the affiliate commissions paid or payable to you during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
