EA Engine offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment. After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
Revision add-on packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If no credits from a pack have been used, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at support@eaengine.ai.

However, this right is waived upon your first EA generation or download, as the digital content has been delivered and consumed at that point.
